If you’ve ever wished your next networking event felt less like networking and more like actually meeting people, The Rêve Collective might be worth checking out.

Launching its next group of members in the South Bay, The Rêve Collective is creating a community for women who are building businesses, running their own ventures, and looking for meaningful connections with other entrepreneurs. The concept is intentionally more personal than a traditional business networking group, with curated introductions, shared experiences, and getting to know the person behind the business.

What Is The Rêve Collective?

The Rêve Collective is a South Bay-based membership community for women entrepreneurs who are actively building their own businesses. The Collective is open to women who have started working on a business of their own, whether they are just getting started, actively building, or already established as entrepreneurs.

The idea is to create a space where business owners can connect beyond the usual exchange of business cards and Instagram handles. Members are brought together through in-person experiences and opportunities to build relationships with other women in the local business community.

The Collective is led by founder Luisa Cabrera Faist, who has been building a community around connection and entrepreneurship in the South Bay. Members have described the experience as an intentional investment in the people they learn alongside, with an emphasis on genuine relationships and community.

More Than Just a Networking Group

The Rêve Collective is taking a different approach to the typical networking group.

Instead of walking into a room, grabbing a name tag, and immediately trying to explain what you do in 30 seconds, the Collective puts an emphasis on experiences that give members a chance to actually connect.

Since its inception, members have gathered together, shared their stories, and worked through business challenges side by side. They’ve learned about their Human Design, collaborated on events and promotions, and developed deep connections with one another. Most importantly, they’ve made time to come back to themselves and reconnect with the power of their intuition. The Rêve Collective aims to offer an intentional balance between community building, grounding, and business guidance and strategy.

Past events have included a Welcome Collective at Gabi James, an informal all-member meet-up at Stecca Taverna, and a yoga event at Harmony Yoga. There have also been wellness-focused experiences for members, including a private session at SaltRock Wellness in El Segundo that combined halotherapy with a sound bath. It’s a fitting approach for the South Bay, where so much of the local business scene already happens organically over coffee, dinner, wellness classes, and community events.

Who Is The Rêve Collective For?

The Rêve Collective is specifically looking for entrepreneurs who have already started working on a business of their own.

With burnout being a reality for female entrepreneurs, this community was designed to pour back into them what they give to their businesses, families, and communities day in and day out. And it was designed especially for women, breaking from the mold of typical business networking.

And that’s part of what makes the concept interesting. Rather than gathering a room full of people from the same professional lane, The Rêve Collective creates the opportunity for entrepreneurs across different industries to meet, collaborate, and learn from one another.

What Membership Looks Like

The membership, which is an annual commitment, allows members to connect monthly, both in person and virtually via a private online platform. It offers a balanced mix of highly curated experiences at local women-owned businesses as well as more informal opportunities to connect.

The Rêve Collective operates through individual cohorts, or “Collectives,” rather than as an open-ended networking group. The current interest form is for Collective No. 4, with its Welcome Collective scheduled for Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Blum Wine and Flowers in El Segundo. If you’re interested in applying, head to their Instagram and fill out the form via the link in bio; you’ll receive a formal application should you be a potential fit.

Why South Bay Entrepreneurs Should Have The Rêve Collective on Their Radar

There are plenty of ways to network in Los Angeles. But there’s something valuable about having a community that is intentionally local. For South Bay entrepreneurs, The Rêve Collective offers a chance to meet women who aren’t just working in the same region but are also navigating many of the same realities of building something from the ground up.

And maybe that’s the real draw. It’s not about collecting the most contacts or leaving an event with a pocket full of business cards. It’s about finding the people you might actually want to call six months later, whether you need a recommendation, a collaboration, a fresh perspective, or simply someone who understands what it’s like to build a business. For a community that’s all about connection, that feels like a pretty good place to start.

And be sure to save the date for their curated holiday market on Saturday, November 21, at The Tiny Bird gallery!
