If your ideal afternoon involves a slice of pie and a good coffee, there’s a new stop to add to your Manhattan Beach rotation. Winston Pies has officially opened in Manhattan Village, bringing its lineup of homemade pies, mini pies, coffee, matcha, and ice cream to the South Bay.
Located at 3360 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Village, the new shop is Winston Pies’ latest Los Angeles-area location and an easy option for anyone who likes their dessert with a little more variety than the standard cookie and ice cream options.
A New Pie Stop for Manhattan Beach
Winston Pies started with founder Brianna Abrams, whose love of baking was rooted in her family’s Southern traditions. After moving to Los Angeles following law school, Abrams began making pies out of her home kitchen before opening the first Winston Pies storefront in Brentwood. The brand has since grown into a Los Angeles pie shop with multiple locations and nationwide shipping.
The concept is pretty straightforward: handmade pies made from scratch with all-natural ingredients, with a rotating lineup that mixes traditional American favorites with more playful flavors.
And now, Manhattan Beach gets its own Winston Pies.
What’s on the Menu at Winston Pies Manhattan Beach?
The Manhattan Village location offers pies in a few different formats, so you don’t necessarily have to commit to bringing home an entire pie, although no judgment if you do.
You can grab a slice, pick up a 5-inch mini pie, or order a full-size pie for sharing, celebrations, or simply having dessert handled for the next few days.

Current offerings include favorites like Harvest Apple, Key West Lime, Classic Southern Pecan, Chocolate Cowgirl, and Passion Fruit Meringue, along with rotating seasonal flavors. Winston Pies says its in-store menu changes regularly, so there’s always a reason to check back.
The Chocolate Cowgirl is one to keep on your radar. It’s a rich chocolate chess pie with a salty oat crust and handmade caramel, while the Key West Lime takes things in a brighter direction with hand-squeezed limes and a homemade graham cracker crust. For something more classic, the Harvest Apple keeps things simple with hand-cut apples and just the right amount of cinnamon.
There are also smaller options like the Carolina Classic Cherry and Chocolate Cowgirl mini pies, making them a good choice when you want your own dessert without ordering an entire 11-inch pie.
Come for the Pie, Stay for the Coffee
Winston Pies Manhattan Beach isn’t just a pie counter. The shop also has a coffee and beverage menu with artisan coffee from Caffe Luxxe, making it an easy place to pair your slice with an afternoon drink.
The menu includes espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, chai, and tea, plus specialty drinks that are designed to complement some of the pies. Current options include the Milky Way Mocha Latte, Toasted Coconut Latte, Strawberry Matcha, and Peach Matcha.
There’s also ice cream from McConnell’s if you want to take the whole dessert situation a step further. Add a scoop to your pie, grab a pint to take home, or add whipped cream to your order.
More Than Just a Dessert Run
While a slice is probably the easiest way to try Winston Pies, the shop is also set up for birthdays, dinner parties, gifts, and those moments when you’re expected to bring dessert and don’t feel like making it yourself.
Full-size pies are 11 inches and are designed to serve roughly 7 to 11 people, while the 5-inch mini pies serve about 1 to 3. Winston Pies also offers its smaller PieBites, a 2.5-inch version of its pies that are especially handy for parties and gatherings.
For anyone planning ahead, Winston Pies recommends ordering online, particularly for larger orders or specific flavors. The company also notes that it does not take orders by phone.
Where to Find Winston Pies in Manhattan Beach
The shop is currently open daily, with hours listed online generally running from late morning into the evening. Since hours and menu availability can change, it’s worth checking the current online menu before making a dedicated pie run.
For South Bay dessert fans, this is a welcome addition to the Manhattan Beach lineup, especially if your definition of a coffee break includes a slice of something flaky, buttery, and slightly excessive.
